On 7 January 2023, Mr. Peter Brody, as Chair of the Legislation and Regulation Committee of the International Trademark Association (' INTA '), sent a congratulatory email to Ms. Yingying Zhu, partner of MINGDUN Law Firm. It is announced that Ms. Zhu has been selected by the INTA Legislation and Regulation Committee Asia Pacific Branch as an INTA High-Performing Committee Member and will be featured in an INTA Bulletin, and be highlighted in INTA’s social media.

Ms. Yingying Zhu graduated from Peking University and University of California, Berkeley, USA. She is qualified as a lawyer in China and a lawyer in New York State, USA. She has worked for many years in the fields of IP strategy consulting and protection, anti-counterfeiting, data privacy and network security, IP litigation and unfair competition litigation, and served many well-known international and domestic enterprises, forming a good reputation among the clients. We would like to congratulate Ms. Yingying Zhu on receiving this honor. 

The International Trademark Association (' INTA ') is an international body of trademark owners and professionals with more than 6,500 members from more than 190 countries. It is the largest trademark brand organization in the world today and has become a non-governmental observer of the United Nations. INTA has a number of professional committees composed of selected members who work closely with INTA staff on a range of influential work, including policy recommendations, resource and program development, and communication on key issues affecting today's intellectual property legislation and judicial practices. These committees will benefit industry stakeholders and society as a whole by leveraging the unique expertise and contributions of each member.
