Experience Highlights:

Yanling advises clients to file patent applications and trademark applications around the world. She is particularly adept in handling innovation cases involving consumer products, medical devices, mechanical products, telecommunications, computer software, semiconductor, electronics, and Chinese traditional medicine.  

She also provides IP infringement analysis, FTO analysis, and design-around opinions for Chinese clients to avoid and mitigating risks of IP infringement inbound and outbound.

With economic and asset appraisal knowledge, Yanling has a better understanding for the client’s business, and then leverages that knowledge to her practical practice, handle complex legal problems, provide strategic insights for the client’s IP business activities, and acquire economic value for the client’s IP asset.

She also passed the US Patent Bar Exam in 2016.
