Representative Cases:

- Represented a US Company to handle the opposition disputes against a Chinese trademark pirate and concluded an agreement to solve the global trademark disputes particularly in China and European Union;

- Represented a US Company to manage their trademark portfolio in China including seeking trademark registration protection for marks, monitoring and taking offensive actions against similar marks which might confuse the public;

- Represented an Australian company to negotiate with a UK company to obtain a global trademark co-existence agreement which enable the client to overcome the obstacle of the trademark registration from the UK company;

- Represented a big Chinese company to provide services as the primary agent to manage and handle their trademark portfolio in more than 65 jurisdictions and operated and maintained the Client’s designated system;

- Provided legal analysis for a US bank group on launching their business through WeChat and Douyin platforms;
