Ms. Jin started her legal practice in 2015 and now is a licensed lawyer. 

Ms. Jin focus her practice on trademarks, and has extensive experience with both prosecution and enforcement matters. Her clients include both domestic and foreign companies, such as Dunhuang, Golden Monkey, Taklimakan Rally, LeTV, Orion and Brioni.

Ms. Jin is very familiar with the Trademark Office, the Trademark Review Board (Now CNIPA) and the Court's trial standards, and has represented a large number of trademark applicants and litigation cases. 

Ms. Jin can handle copyright, domain name and unfair competition cases as well.
