Graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, a national key political and legal university, with a profound theoretical foundation; Having worked in the public security and legal system for nearly 10 years, I have developed a rigorous and responsible work style, accumulated rich legal practice experience, and am adept at grasping new situations and problems encountered in judicial work, with strong adaptability.

Having practiced for over eleven years, I have served as the chief legal advisor for more than 30 enterprises, including Beijing XXX Decoration and Renovation Co., Ltd., China Railway XXX Bureau Group Fourth Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Lianghe Information Consulting Co., Ltd., Beijing XXX Mining Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing XXX Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. On the one hand, I have prevented and controlled legal risks for enterprises, and on the other hand, I have handled over 200 litigation and arbitration cases for enterprises, including construction contract disputes, trademark infringement disputes, franchise contract disputes, labor disputes, sales contracts, and creditor's rights and debts.
