Ms. Zhao graduated from Zhengzhou University and Sheffield University. She has more than 10 years of experiences in top intellectual property agencies, including China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd., Chang Tsi & Partners, Bird & Bird LLP.
Ms. Zhao represented a wide range of multinational companies in their IP prosecution and enforcement matters in China, highly skilled in trademark applications, searches, license, assignment, oppositions, invalidations, review of refusal, administrative litigations, due diligence, trademark strategy design, notarization and domain name disputes resolution.
Ms. Zhao has served both celebrated foreign law firms and multinational corporations, including Bird & Bird LLP, Allens, Alston & Bird LLP, Hudabeauty, Kempinski Aktiengesellschaft, Lloyd Shoes GMBH, Monster Energy Company, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, Charles Schwab, Campbell Soup, Banyan Tree Hotel, Barclays Bank PLC, etc.
